A physical therapist with qualifications and experience in injury assessment and treatment, corrective stretching and exercise as well as strength and conditioning, general fitness, boxing, and martial arts. Charles has trained para-Olympic athletes while living in the UK, worked at AFL clubs and treated AFL club players in Melbourne, and has been head trainer at suburban and country football clubs in Victoria.
