Crystals are incorporated with my aromatherapy massage techniques and this gently stimulates the natural flow of energy within the body to bring about changes in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas. Stress and tension are released and in turn the energy can flow freely once more.

Crystal Reflexology is a gentle hand and foot reflexology experience and works on the principle that certain parts of the body reflect the whole. Reflex points relating to all parts of the body can be found in the ears, hands and feet. These points respond to pressure, stimulating the body's own healing process.
A certain crystal is used on these reflex points enhancing the benefits of reflexology and the body responds by clearing the blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself.

This is a combination of Crystals, Aromatherapy and Crystal Bowls Sound Therapy

We begin with a very relaxing Crystal Bowl sound meditation. This is followed with an aromatherapy hand and foot massage. You relax and unwind even more as I work on the Reflex Points of the hands and feet with a Reflexology Crystal. This lovely combination is very Nurturing.

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

This is a wonderful way of clearing the mind of all worries, tiredness, challenges and struggles. Lying down and receiving the gorgeous resonance of 7 Crystal Bowls as they clear the various layers of your auric field, chakras and soothe the heart, mind and physical body enabling you to drift into a state of deep relaxation. 40mins investment $50

Crystal Aura Clearing and Chakra Balancing Treatment using a Rose Quartz Tuning Fork

If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed this is a wonderful way of releasing that energy within your auric field and recapturing that lighter, fresh outlook on life once again.
We begin in the aura using a crystal to cleanse it and strengthen it. Then we cleanse each Chakra with a Tuning fork. Following this we balance the chakras with the combination of meditation, crystals and colour therapy. You come away feeling blissfully light, clear and harmonised.

House Clearing and Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls

I offer 2 1/2 hour Singing Bowl House Clearing sessions. It is a wonderful way of shifting your perspective, clearing and balancing your energy and dissolving any stagnant energy in your home.

We begin with a 30 min Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation for you and your pets. This is then followed by aromatherapy and sound in each room of the house. We then go out into the garden and clear the energy using an Earth Healing Flower Essence.
