My treatment aims are to help you to achieve your maximum health potential and to provide you with the latest information on natural health solutions.
What is Naturopathy?
Wholistic core principles of natural medicine are the basis on which the treatments and programs are designed. Natural medicine embraces a philosophy of wholism. Treating the whole person on physical, emotional and energetic levels assists individuals in their journey towards a healthy and vital life. Creating an environment for optimal wellness and disease prevention requires a commitment from the practitioner and the individual to treat not only the symptoms but the cause of ill health.
Treatment aims consider causal and symptomatic factors and provide comprehensive information to support this process of true wholistic care.
Dietary changes and nutritional and herbal medicines are important tools which help restore and enhance optimal wellbeing. Treatments focus on the use of wholefoods and nutritional supplements in the maintenance of health and treatment of diseases.

Your first visit will take an hour to 1hr where we discuss a detailed history of your current symptoms, your current and past health issues and complete a full body system review. This case history review will help to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.
Follow up consultations take between 30 and 45 minutes, these consultations just review your progress and modify your treatment program if required.
Your treatment plan will be specific to you and your individual needs and will include:
- Herbal Medicine - individual formulations of botanical/plant extracts are used that will influence your body chemistry to assist with your journey of health
- Nutritional Supplements – intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients
- Dietary advice and guidelines
- Lifestyle advice
You may feel better right away and want to stop the treatment program, it is important that you continue with the program because we are addressing the underlying cause not just the symptoms. While the symptoms may have improved, if the cause is not corrected the symptoms will return at a later time when your body is stressed again.
The initial investment in your health will cost $110 for your initial 1hour consultation and any follow up consultations will cost you $60 for a 30 minute consultation. Plus you may have some extra expenses for herbs, nutritional supplements depending on your treatment program. I will discuss your expected outlay with you at your first visit.
