About Fiona
Hello there my name is Fiona and I have completed my Diploma in NLP and Hypnotherapy which began my journey of understanding and harnessing the power of the subconscious mind. I was never quite comfortable with the idea of making anybody do things, and thus this steered my away from the traditional form of Hypnotherapy. I focus more on instruction and self-healing through meditation. Everything we require is already within us, often all that is required is that correct atmosphere and frame of mind in order to discover them.
I provide a variety of services that are customised to suit your individual needs, my intention is to empower you through teaching & guidance. I bring my skills to the table and you bring the power to heal.
A particular passion of mine is teaching kids mindfulness and how to meditate.
