Menopause = hot flushes, night sweats, fatigue, sleep disorders, weight gain, incontinence, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, and belly fat ….just some of the 34 symptoms associated with the reality that every one of us ladies will experience some time in our 40’s and 50’s. 

Consequently, at the same time, women are amid stressful career phases, family challenges such as caring for aging parents, and dealing with teenagers and young adults…all whilst trying to keep the home fires burning.  Is it any wonder our stress levels go through the roof, and we neglect the one person who needs help…ourselves? 

It’s time for a fresh approach to your health and well-being.  Girls we can outsmart the 'menopause fat cell', it's not all gloom and doom.  What worked in your twenties will not be as successful now.  Our bodies have changed, hormone levels are different, muscle and bone density are altering, and we need to learn how to nourish and power our bodies for the long haul.

As a fitness coach with a large female clientele, I developed this series to meet my needs after experiencing adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, weight gain, and heart disease – all menopausal linked. The positive results led me to share this knowledge with many of my clients. The strength and confidence these women gained have been priceless.
