My name is Shari Jones and I own Fitness Shed. I work at a very affordable price to get people safe and fit. I have 25 years of experience as a Level 2 Master Trainer with a Certification in Rehabilitation, specializing in people with special needs such as asthma, diabetes, high and low blood pressure, hip, back, shoulder injury, to name a few.I feel I have a good understanding of people, believing in a more gentle approach to those when exercise starts first. I'm very patient and I'm going to do my utmost to ensure that you achieve your true full potential.
