Caroline Porter who is a practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in massage, having completed 3 years of study before she ended up graduating in 1997 with a Diploma in Applied Science (Remedial Therapies) and a Certificate IV in Oriental Massage Therapy from the Australian College of Natural Medicine and a Diploma in Applied Science (Remedial Therapies). Caroline is a member is member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association and her remedial massage service is recognised by private health insurers.
Additionally, Caroline has also conducted training in Bowtech, the original Bowen Technique, and she finds that Bowen is an effective alternative health modality utilised to treat chronic and acute pain.
Caroline utilises massage and customises it to the specific requirements of her clients. With a sense of touch being vital for massage, ‘Five Senses’ works on the basis that massage is an experience that should benefit and indulge all of the senses. Hearing, smell, sight and even taste are also featured in a session at Five Senses Remedial Therapy.
