BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
This extremely gentle, yet highly effective form of bodywork is beneficial for all ages and most conditions. Craniosacral therapy sessions last between 30-45 minutes. The client lays fully clothed on a massage table while the craniosacral therapist gently puts their hands on the client's body, usually on the head, feet, or sacrum. The therapist's sensitive touch helps to facilitate the release of tension in the joints, tissues and membranes, creating a deeply relaxing state that enables the body to begin to heal itself from within.
What can Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy treat?

Each treatment session is tailored to your individual needs and personal preferences, with no issue being too big or too small to address. Gentle enough to be used on Men, Women and Children of all ages.
CHIROPRACTIC WITH KINESIOLOGY
Chiropractic treatment is primarily concerned with the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscle, fascia, tendons and ligaments), as well as the nervous system that activates it. A spinal misalignment may have wide-reaching effects through nerve disturbance, as the nerves connected to our internal organs and limbs originate at the spine.
Treatment includes a combination of manipulation of the spine and joints, as well as massage and stretching of the musculature of the body. Hugh’s chiropractic techniques range from gentle to more active adjustments, depending on the client’s needs and preferences. Applied kinesiology techniques are also applied in treatments. Kinesiology is a diagnostic tool that uses muscle testing to evaluate dysfunction and imbalances in the body. Using a combination of chiropractic techniques and kinesiology, allows Hugh to treat a person holistically; addressing not only the structure of the body, but also the chemical, energetic and emotional functioning of the individual.
Super Pulsed Cold Laser therapy may be used for relief of pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal disorders. The action of the laser works to stimulate the damaged cells to increase their energy production. This energy is then transforms the damaged cells back to healthy active cells again.
