Nutrition Service

Good nutrition is extremely important in anyone’s life, especially when you exercise, because when you exercise and then you end up eating junk food or processes fast food, you are undoing all your hard work you’ve put in on those training sessions.

We don’t believe in theory that if you exercise, you can eat what ever you want, but we also don’t believe that you have to be on a diet constantly.

What we do believe at Fluro Fitness is, eat good wholesome fresh nutritious food, exercise frequently and let your self have a cheat meal occasionally. You will appreciate it much more when you have it now and then. Nutritious food does not have to be bland and dry, in Australia we are blessed with amazing variety of fresh produce.



Couples & Buddy PT

Train with your partner, friend, family member or colleague and save.

Almost like a personal training session but for two people, train with your partner, your best friend or a colleague. We will make sure that both of you receive a proper fitness assessment that will help us to determine each of your individual fitness level, abilities and goals. And even if the two of you are after different goals eg. a male may wish to increase muscle mass and strength, whilst a female may want to simply tone up without gaining too much muscle, we can create a personalised routine for each of you even if you train together. This is a great saving as you pay a lot less than if you are training on your own. And of course it is much more fun and motivational.

At Fluro Fitness we have successfully helped many brides-to-be transform their body ready for that special day. Weight loss, toning, focusing on tightening the back and arms for that strapless number or flattering lace and satin.
Many women came to us with only months to go to their wedding frustrated and not knowing what to do after failed attempts of dieting without really knowing what works for their body type and how to effectively lose the weight and utilise exercise in the most effective way for their body type.

At Fluro Fitness we are experts at getting you in exactly that wedding dress and bikini shape, no guess work, because if you only have a few months to go to the Wedding you can’t afford to experiment and hope for the best.



Personal Training

Training sessions will take place outdoors in a location convenient for you, your local park or your complex gym. No gym fees HOORAY.

We bring our own equipment so you can rest assured it won’t be just star jumps and running. Full body work out, with focus on the areas you want to improve. We have various equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, plates, medicine balls, exercise balls, skipping ropes, battle ropes and more.

And if the weather is bad will make sure to improvise so you get a great work out rain, hail or sunshine. Because we are committed. Are you?
