About a nutrition consultation

At Food Body Intelligence, a nutrition consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, overall health and contributing factors, and the assessment of your nutritional status and dietary needs.  A diet and nutrition plan is tailored to your requirements and customised for your lifestyle for successful implementation.   An initial consultation is approximately 1 hour and follow-up consultations are approximately 30 minutes.  A holistic and natural approach to resolving health issues is utilized including food, beverages, practitioner grade nutritional supplements and lifestyle techniques.

I utilize science-backed nutritional plans to steer you back towards optimal health.
