Holistic, Natural and Safe, Chronic or Acute Problems, Effective and Lasting Results

We are a well-established and reputable Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine clinic in the North Ryde area. Our experienced English speaking practitioners are professionally trained and are nationally registered with CMBA (Chinese Medicine Board of Australia). They are caring and friendly and are ready to improve your health through the best and most appropriate holistic treatment in a clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Acupuncture

We use the best disposable and sterile needles available on the market to provide you with maximum comfort. Our gentle acupuncture style and the minimal use of needles will ensure you have a positive experience. You will remain dressed / draped during the session.

Herbal Medicine

Our herbalists prescribe only GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) herbs that meet the Australian TGA’s (Therapeutic Goods Administration) quality control guidelines. Our herbs are derived from sustainable sources and are certified under the Endangered Species Certification Scheme. The herbal medicine is tailor made to suit your condition and comes in the form of granules, tablets or capsules. There is no need to decoct so you can easily bring them with you.

Moxibustion (Moxa)

A lot of health problems are caused by "coldness" or "yang deficiency" in the body. Moxibustion (Moxa) is a very effective way to boost the yang chi, strengthen the immune system, and thus getting rid of many discomfort especially chronic illnesses. We use the best moxa materials that produce minimal smoke.

Scraping (Gua Sha), Cupping

Blood stasis is another cause of modern day health issues. Stagnated blood not only leads to musculoskeletal problems like pain, pins and needles, immobility...., but can also be the cause of chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, etc. Scraping (gua sha) and cupping are effective ways passed down from centuries ago to help "move" the blood. With improved circulation, the body organs can receive the necessary nutrients and get rid of unwanted toxins.

Our Fees

Our modest professional fees are all inclusive and cover your consultation and acupuncture treatment, and any additional treatments which may be appropriate for your condition, including massage, reflexology, cupping, scraping(gua-sha), electro-acupuncture, and moxibustion. Fees for herbal medicine vary with the prescriptions (usually cheaper than a cup of coffee). Our fees can be rebated from all Australian major health funds. We provide discounts for seniors and chronic patients. To maintain our modest fee, we save on EFTPOS / HICAPS facilities and so we accept cash only.
