Why I can help you

Having travelled my own personal journey of overcoming depression and anxiety, health issues (I had severe PMS), a divorce and financial debacle, I can help you do the same. I have learnt many techniques over the years but am now only using the ones which work and work fast.

I initially trained in person centered counselling at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Sydney but found that the fastest results for dramatic change are achieved with using Psych K (a way to change our negative core beliefs) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I also make subliminal recordings with your own affirmations to reinforce the changes.

How does a session work?

I prefer to work via Skype.

The advantage is that you don't need to travel and can have the session in the comfort of your own home while we still have the benefit of seeing each other.

I will do face to face appointments in the Baulkham Hills area and also phone appointments if that is your preference.

How much does it cost?

A session is $250. It may last up to 1.5 hours although 1 hour is often enough.

Very often, only 1 session is necessary to clear what you are dealing with.

The subliminal recording is included should you wish to have one made for you. I will email it to you as an MP3 file which you can then play on your iPod, phone or copy to a CD.
