I have been practicing massage and bodywork for over 7 years in the areas of relaxation, remedial and energetic healing.
At heart, I am a holistic practitioner who believes that nature has provided us with all the tools we need to stay in peak health, all we need to do is align ourselves with those natural harmonies and rhythms and we will be radiantly healthy. That's precisely what I aim for with my massage. To act as an encouragement for your body to let go into it's natural perfection.
Holding patterns in the body can be present due to posture, habits, emotions, trauma, injury or general stress. My massage will aim to release any holding patterns as effectively as possible.
I practice many modalities such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage plus many more that I blend together in my treatments based on your individual needs.
I practice meditation daily to ensure my intention and focus is pure during my massage treatments.
I am an active member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia (MMA) and am registered with all major private health funds.
My clinic is conveniently located on the corner of Wray Avenue & South Terrace in Fremantle.
