About Us

Darlene O’Brien is the founder of ‘Fresh Change Hypnosis’ Frankston.

Darlene has trained at the Academy of Hypnotic Science, Australia’s premier training facility under some of the world’s most respected specialists such as Dr Michael Yapko and Dr Gordon Emmerson, and is accredited in the latest therapeutic techniques including the world leading “Sheila Granger’s” virtual gastric band procedure.

Darlene is fully accredited and registered with the Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association and is a registered provider with most Health funds. Darlene is a Certified Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner, a Certified Educational Performance Practitioner, a qualified Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Practitioner and Counsellor.
