Fusion Wellbeing - Yoga
Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, yoga at Fusion Wellbeing is a Vinyasa style blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. It overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. Our Yoga style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.

What to wear:
training gear/clothing that will allow for stretching, movement and the instructor to see your form and technique, bare feet
What to bring:
empty water bottle, towel
What is supplied:
water, mats, yoga straps, yoga blocks
