About Me - Belinda Llewellyn
After more than 20 years working in the field of health, Belinda decided to follow her passion, opening Gaia Natural Medicine in 2013. She is a qualified Naturopath, Yoga and Meditation teacher, seeing clients regularly from her Bayswater clinic.
Belinda specialises in 'adrenal fatigue' so, her passion is to teach you about stress and how it affects the body then empower you with tools like deep yoga relaxation and mindfulness meditation as a way to restore and maintain balance (health).
