Counselling

Counselling can assist with a huge range of issues, including (but not limited to) health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, stress, chronic health problems, loss, trauma, change, relationship difficulties, parenting issues and medical challenges, as well as with more general life concerns and transitions.

One of our counsellors is also trained in Creative Arts Therapy (CAT), which uses the arts within a therapeutic relationship to better understand and make meaning of lived experience. Painting, collage, writing, sculpture, sand tray, movement, music and/or drama are used to represent emotions, sensations, memories and thoughts. CAT is used with both adults and children, and our counsellor also offers Play Therapy for children. Most children love attending play therapy, and show significant change at the conclusion of their sessions.

Call our reception team to find out more about our counselling, Creative Arts Therapy and Play Therapy services.
