General Yoga classes are open to all level of participants. The postures taught in the class form the base which to further your training in Yoga. Both beginners and experienced students can further their practice of Yoga with enhanced (for experienced) or modified (for beginners) postures. The instructor often performs a posture and follows this up with a similar posture for those who aren’t as flexible to carry out. The class attempts to delve into and explore all aspects of yoga philosophy and practice.
No pre-booking required
Classes are generally 1 hour asana (postures) and 15 minutes relaxation/corpse pose.
Meditation
Meditation session consist of walking meditation (15 mins), then sitting meditation (45 mins) on cushion or chair with different meditation objects repeated once a month.
