Find out how naturopathy treats the root cause of the symptoms of a disease to prevent it from coming back.
Do you suffer from chronic stress or have trouble losing weight? Whatever it is that you’re going through, the Groves Naturopathics in Bahrs Scrub QLD can help you achieve optimal health, happiness and vitality.
Our private practice focuses on the wonderful elements of naturopathy and their benefits. This healing system is based on the concept that before a disease becomes full-blown, the body warns us about the problem through different signals, otherwise known as symptoms.
A dysfunction in the body often manifests in the form of fatigue, pain, low energy, inflammation or a chronic disease. Sometimes these imbalances may occur at the same time, so it pays to listen and be attentive to what your body needs.
Our bodies were designed with the innate power to heal itself. If we are committed to getting the right nutrition, physical activities, mindset and lifestyle, we can support and boost that ability.
Brendon and Nadine Groves created Groves Naturopathics to assist, guide and motivate people to achieve and maintain excellent health the natural way.
Naturopathic medicine has evolved a great deal since the husband and wife tandem started their practice more than 20 years ago. Using new supplements and techniques backed by advanced research, they never fail to improve their clients’ wellbeing.
They’ve always valued the quality of their products and lifestyle changes, which they consider the key to restoring one’s health, mobility and strength.
We have a large client base in Australia and internationally, whose lives we have changed through our healing methods combined with the latest scientific research.
We offer a holistic approach to natural health care in a safe, professional and clean cutting-edge clinic. As soon as you arrive, we will assess the state of your health in order to determine your specific needs and recommend the most suitable treatment that will revive your health.
The people who come to us and the bond that we have established with them throughout the years make our clinic truly special. Their trust and confidence in us reflect our undying commitment to preserving their health as well as that of their families and friends.
Brendan has been running his clinical practice for more than 20 years while teaching people how to maintain their health and wellness.
His rewarding life is admired by many people as Brendan is capable of balancing his time between work and being a loving husband and father.
Brendon is also an in-demand speaker who presents lectures before other healthcare professionals. Aside from that, he also writes health topics. In fact, he has been invited as a guest writer for several blogs and interviewed by a local news program.
When he is not working, Brendan spends quality time with his family and their dog, Sarah. He wants to consciously embody a healthy lifestyle that others can emulate by maintaining a healthy diet and nutrition coupled with meditation and exercise.
Another wonderful trait of Brendan’s is his insatiable desire to expand his ability so that he can provide his patients with the best care. He works with a mentor and pays attention to every detail down to the smallest one.
Nadine is the better half of Brendan and a mother to their 11-year-old daughter. Aside from these important roles, she’s been a passionate naturopath for more than 20 years, who teaches people about the importance of integrating proper nutrition into their daily lives.
Nadine grew up in a foster home, so she understands how stress and poor diet can affect a child’s health and wellbeing. Her experience served as her motivation to work hard in addressing various health issues affecting babies and children.
She works closely with parents, guiding them through the fundamentals of proper nutrition and showing them how to identify their child’s health requirements. Nadine also conducts lectures that focus on the wellbeing of children and what it takes to support their immune system and cognitive functions.
Her approach to treatment involves the following: identifying the cause of an ailment; examining the body’s minerals, vitamins and enzymes; hormones inspection; discarding heavy metals; providing education on how to develop a healthy diet and lifestyle; and preventive healthcare
Nadine grows her own vegetables and herbs, which she mixes in her healthy recipes that she shares with her local community. As a naturopath, she lives by the concept of food as medicine and applies it religiously in the following:
