Are muscular aches and pains making day-to day activities difficult? Our aim is to assist you to achieve your optimal health by providing a professional massage or bodywork treatment that assists you to relax and unwind.


  • Relaxation Massage
    This is a gentle and relaxing massage technique using a combination of strokes, kneading and friction. It is ideal for the increasing of circulation and soothing of the nerves.

  • Remedial Massage
    Your massage therapist will use a combination of remedial and deep tissue massage techniques to release muscular tension and increase mobility. Your therapeutic massage will target specific conditions to expedite recovery from injury or surgery.

  • Deep Tissue Massage
    This therapeutic massage technique involving your therapist using firm-pressure designed to release tension in your deep muscle layers. It is used to relieve pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage.

  • Aromatherapy Massage
    A therapeutic massage technique that uses massage oils selected and blended for a specific need as discussed prior to treatment.

  • Pregnancy Massage
