Fiona is currently practicing only via telehealth, drawing on her unique combination of experience and skills to assist people to empower themselves by prescribing treatment and techniques tailored to suit their individual needs that they can do at home.
An online wellness coaching session involves a thorough history taking, followed by an assessment from a Chinese Medicine Perspective. Treatment strategies will be developed using a combination of some or all of the following techniques: self-acupressure, self-moxa and dietary/lifestyle/exercise advice based on Chinese Medicine philosophy, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
This unique and powerful combination of therapies provides great flexibility during a coaching session to be able to address a wide range of issues.
