Remedial Massage:
A blend of massage techniques to help release muscle fatigue and tension. Based on scientific anatomical and physiological principles, it boosts circulation and promotes efficiency in the body’s system.
Sports Massage:
Sports therapies incorporate the study of massage with a specialized focus on sports injury, prevention and treatment. Sports therapists have training in Remedial Massage therapy and anatomy and physiology. They assess and treat sports injuries, provide rehabilitation advice and offer pre- and post event massage.
Lymphatic Drainage:
A gentle but powerful style of massage working to stimulate and drain the lymphatic system. It is the lymphatic system which controls our immunity to infection. All movements have a continuous flow to pump or push the toxins towards the lymph glands.
Swedish Massage:
This massage can be relaxing or stimulating and benefits every system of the body. Recommended for stress relief.

$40 Specific treatments - 30mins
$10 additional for home visists
