Pilates classes are subtly designed and generally one hour long.


The classes are designed step by step to reshape, realign and rebalance - as well as increasing your core strength and flexibility.

Anne is our experienced teacher. She will guide you through breathing techniques, a series of exercises, topped off with a period of relaxation.

Pilates classes are held on the following days and times:

  • Monday: 11.00am - 12.00 noon (Anne)

  • Wednesday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm (Anne)
