ABOUT JUDY

Welcome to Harvest Natural Health. My name is Judy Hanavan, and I am a qualified clinical nutritionist. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health in Sydney.

I work holistically meaning that I am interested in all aspects of your health: that is, your physical health as well as your emotional and mental health. My aim is to treat the cause of your health condition rather than just manage symptoms.

I am passionate about natural health, the healing power of food, and providing practical health and wellness advice.

I look forward to motivating, inspiring and empowering you to improve your health through the wonder of food and nutrients.

A bit more about me

After 20+ years of accounting, three children, a corporate career and a life changing family tragedy, I was compelled to follow my love of life and a healthy lifestyle. Studying nutritional medicine was a perfect blend of my passions for good food, science and being healthy.

I have seen my fair share of health issues over the years and I have had a lot of dealings with the orthodox medical profession. Doctors offer valuable expertise, however there is a huge gap in treating and supporting the whole person. I am so excited to now be doing something that fills that gap and serves this need.
