Depending on the symptoms that you are presenting, our dietitian can help to guide you through a food chemical elimination diet or a low FODMAP diet. It can be quite tough to highlight the underlying cause of your symptoms as good contains a range of components both (food chemicals and fodmaps). Because of the restrictive nature and complexities of these diets it is strongly advised to work through removal and re-challenges with your dietitian, who can help you in the long-term to sustain health and wellbeing.
