I’m an integrated Naturopath and Metabolic Balance® Practitioner who creates a personal wellness plan which incorporates custom made herbal medicines, nutrition, lifestyle, dietary and therapeutic advice as well as 1 on 1 personal coaching alongside energy therapy and massage for increasing health, wellness, and natural easy weight loss. I give professional and ongoing support and advice by teaching you how to help your body heal yourself of whatever ailments you may have.

By working on the emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical aspects, together we can treat the “WHOLE” of you, to get to the root cause of the problem, and I believe this can achieve wellness while not having to give up all of the things that you enjoy.

I personally have already released over 20 kg in 4 months on the Metabolic Balance® Program and am continuing to release excess weight. My blood pressure also came down – from 130/95 (on tablets) and its currently 109/77 (no tablets).

My aim is to help others out there with their health and weight journey.
