Reiki (RAY-KEY) translating to Universal Life Force Energy or Spiritual (not religious) Energy. The System of Reiki is a safe, complementary, energy healing therapy, that promotes balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It is non-manipulative, painless, non-invasive and does not interfere with any form of medical treatment.

Reiki can have a positive and highly significant impact on your overall health and mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. A reiki healing session can ease tension and create a sense of wellbeing and peace and can take you to a new level of personal harmony, balance, and spiritual growth.

If you can’t make a session in person with Anastasia, she can arrange a distance Reiki healing session for you. Distance healing is an effective and powerful way to complete a session without having to be there in person. Additionally, Reiki can be conducted on pets for free with any purchase of a Reiki session.
