Penny's clients' requirements range from simple dietary changes right up to serious chronic nerve and joint conditions and support through cancer treatments. Each client needs customised and individualises treatment programs, including lifestyle and dietary advice, created collaboratively to help them to achieve their health and nutrition goals. By empowering and educating clients on how to optimise their health with lifestyle and dietary adjustments, foods as medicines and nutritional supplements if necessary.
Through raising three children of her own, Penny’s knowledge of food issues and family life challenges, allergies and food intolerances, even dealing with anaphylaxis is vast. Penny’s wealth of practical awareness and knowledge is highly beneficial in helping clients for a range of ages and health issues. Penny is always researching and sourcing natural ingredients and foods for ‘food as a form of medicine’ properties believing in ‘we are what we eat’ and what we eat can improve quality of life and longevity.
