Counselling normally begins with conscious awareness of the symptoms an individual is struggling with, the process of counselling then flows onto deep awareness surrounding the underlying causes of the challenges. Throughout this process clients develop a greater understanding and awakening to themselves, opening up all new opportunities for individual growth and empowerment.

Whilst I have completed accredited training and have many years’ experience, the client is the expert of their own life. A respectful, safe, compassionate, and confidential environment is assured and helps the counsellor to work closely with the client to express, process, and resolve issues.
