Cali Prince, founder of Hearts Essence, leads regular weekly meditation classes and courses, in addition to workshops exploring Australian flower essences including Resonate Essences, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Pure Heart Alchemy Essences. Cali co facilitates Heart of Soul with Gestalt Psychotherapist Richard Prince focusing on deepening embodiment of soul purpose in life.
A number of high quality allied health practitioners also work at Hearts Essence Studio offering complementary healing modalities such as Psychotherapy, Personal Development Courses and Remedial Massage.
Hearts Essence Studio is a stockist of the Australian Bush Flower Essences, Resonate Essences and Pure Heart Alchemy Essences.
Meditation:

Mediation classes and courses at Hearts Essence offer both Mindfulness based Meditations and Creative Visualisation approaches.
Cali has been trained to teach and facilitate Meditation by Avril Norman, and is trained as a Teacher of Conscious Evolution. Cali is a registered Meditation Teacher by The International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
Flower Essences:
Essences can be taken by anyone from children to adults and are safe and gentle to use. Bush Flower, Light Essences, Resonate Essences and Pure Heart Alchemy Essences are a complementary healing approach that promote healing at an emotional and energetic level. The Essences work in harmony with conventional medical treatments and other complementary health approaches. Flower Essences are very powerful, but should never be considered a substitute for professional medical care.
Resonate Rebalance Sessions and Sacred Path Sessions:
Resonate Rebalance Sessions are a deep process which activate healing, lift your energetic vibration and remove blocks to enable you to better realise and manifest your deep soul calling and specific life goals as set by you.
In the Sacred Path Session we focus specifically upon your sacred calling and bringing more of you and your gifts into the world. In this session a flower essence is also selected and custom made to support you during this time at this point in your journey.
Usui Reiki offers deep healing and reduction of stress. Cali has been trained in 1st and 2nd Degree Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Method by Avril Norman and Robyn Collins. Reiki Certificate Courses are also available at Hearts Essence Studio with Reiki Master Robyn Collins.
