Helena Netscher Naturopathy

Helena is a fully qualified Naturopath who has completed an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and been in practice since 2017. Helena is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

Helena’s passion is sharing knowledge and research with people so that they can live inspiring, thriving lives. Helena believes that everyone has different health needs - there is no one diet or magic pill that is perfect for everyone.

Helena is here to help you on your journey to find YOUR idea of health and wellness. Helena uses a holistic approach to provide each person with an individualised treatment plan, using nutritional and herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle advice to achieve optimal health.

Helena will work alongside your doctor or any other health professionals to offer the best possible client-centred care. Helena will also focus on disease prevention and the influence of the environment, lifestyle, and emotions of your health. Naturopathy is suitable for people of all ages, and can alleviate a wide range of conditions.

Helena will design a treatment plan to support your body’s ability to heal itself. Helena will advise you on which areas of your body need treatment and which body systems are under pressure. Treatment options, what your treatment journey will look like, and what treatments and supplements will cost will also be discussed.

All of Helena's consultations are 100% online using Cliniko's telehealth feature. Consults take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Helena also has professional indemnity insurance, a current First Aid certificate, valid working with children (WWC), police clearance and is committed to continuing education to remain up-to-date with scientific advancements.
