Combining techniques from remedial, sports and relaxation massage, myofascial release, reflexology, and elements from TCM such as gua sha, cupping and acupressure, each massage is tailored to you and your body’s requirements.

Massage helps to tone and relax muscles and to stimulate the body’s fluids and circulation. It is also great for mobilising toxins and removing wastes, therefore allowing fresh oxygen and nutrients to rejuvenate and replenish every cell, assisting in faster recovery from injury and illness.

If you have a specific problem area, Amanda will often combine massage with acupuncture, cupping and other techniques to treat soft tissue damage, enhance movements and function, alleviate pain and speed recovery.
