My name is Brenda and I want to help you live the healthiest life that YOU can. Hill’s Start Fitness & Massage doesn’t want you to struggle with the uphill battle of health and fitness on your own, let me help you find your mojo! I am a 38year old mother of two littlies based in the Eastern Perth suburb of Lesmurdie. I am constantly trying to work on my own fitness and have recently graduated to become a Master Personal Trainer Level 1 (cert IV) and also a Massage Therapist (cert IV Sports Specific). I chose to gain the Massage Therapy qualification to have a greater understanding of the workings of muscles and how to get the best from them. I am fully insured and I look forward to helping you with your journey, I look forward to helping you feel proud of yourself and I look forward to helping you have more energy to face the day!

About Us
I am based in the Eastern Perth suburb of Lesmurdie, I had been overweight for approximately 12 years and I was tired of faking it, pretending I was the happy chick, hiding food and being sneaky.

I wanted to change, be a positive role model for my young children.

I didn’t exercise before…. I rarely moved before, sat on my bum with the telly turner and drank beer and ate crisps. I discovered I had a passion for exercise and here I am now a qualified Personal Trainer.

I changed my choices in the beginning of my journey & now my food and exercise choices are a habit. I replaced my previous old bad habits with my new good habits. It makes you feel better inside, I will NOT feel like I did again, that is just not an option. I have a new passion of helping others, I want to help them feel like I do, I can help others find the passion that I have.

I have learnt to be proud of myself, I have learnt that I do deserve to look after myself, to have fun and that I can do anything that I set my mind to. It is because of this that I have had the courage to go back to college and to start up Hill's Start Fitness & Massage. I have a new confidence and now can see that I can get up and participate in life, not just sit around and watch others, I can have fun.

I have changed my life for the better and shed over 38Kg’s so I TRULY know what you are going through, no time … no spare cash …too tired, as well as many, many more obstacles that you face. I have faced these and know how to overcome them, and I can help you too.

It can be a long hard battle, stick with it, it’s worth it. Push yourself harder all the time and don’t make excuses, you CAN do it, you can live a better even more fulfilling life. You don’t have to fake your way through life. Don’t deprive yourself, it’ll be even harder & you want to make life as easy as possible for yourself, Don't just start a two week diet, this is forever... a life change.

Services

Hill’s Start Fitness & Massage provide a wide range of economical services / sessions at various times and days in the Eastern Perth suburbs, based in Lesmurdie.

· Mobile Personal Training: 30-60 minutes

A mobile service, training individual clients in their homes, transporting and providing all equipment required.

· Outdoor Group Circuit Classes: 45-60 minutes

A service providing circuit training to groups of clients in the local Shire Parks or your residence, transporting and providing all equipment required.

· Mobile Massage: 30-60 minutes

A mobile massage service treating clients (by referral only) in their homes, transporting and providing all accessories required. I offer a range of different mobile therapies including Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, PNF Stretching and Trigger Point Therapy.

Group training and circuit classes are a great option but I advise that you seek an initial Personal Training session prior to joining in with a group situation. It means that I can help you one on one, concentrate on your strengths but most of all your weaknesses and I can find out if there are any health issues that will need to be worked with. We can work out what your goals are and how to best reach them, keep track of them, and see your results over time.
