What can I expect in a session?
Each session of an hour involves discussion of your particular issue/s, what progress you have made, and techniques to assist with overcoming this/these issue(s). I primarily use Solution Focused therapy but also use Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative and Gestalt therapies to assist
How much does a session cost?
Initial consultations are 60 minutes. Session fee $75
Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
Double sessions by mutual agreement (attracting $20 discount).
