What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the now. By focusing our attention on this moment, this state of ONEness within ourselves and the world around us, we can begin to create a harmonious sense of balance, calm, clarity and connection to the different layers of our holistic being (body, mind and soul) as well as our beliefs and perceptions.
Along with Holistic Counselling, mindfulness incorporates a variety of easy to follow tools and techniques which encourage self-exploration, introspection, understanding and personal growth.
