Ten years ago, I created Heartfelt by Christine Safi. It was the best decision I ever made. I now use my own experiences and intuition to work with a wide range of people to help them heal and grow.

I wasn’t always the happy and content person I am now. There was no quick fix. No ’10 Easy Steps to a Happier You’. There was only the decision that I needed to address some things in my life and I wanted to change how I was handling them.

It’s taken me a number of years and some coaching of my own, to get me where I am today.

At first, all the reasons why I couldn’t or shouldn’t see someone to help me went through my head – you know, the usual thoughts.

Even with the fears that come with making changes in your life, I knew I needed someone to help me work through these thoughts. Somebody I could trust. Somebody who understood what I was going through and would support me as we started working together.
