Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a form of manual manipulation therapy involving the deep or shallow soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage is not a cure, but an intervention that can help to relieve the symptoms of pain and stress, and improve limitations to mobility caused by your condition.

We offer; Remedial, sports, pregnancy & relaxation massage, cupping & ear candling.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy, so hands-on treatment may include massage, stretching, dry needling, mobilisation and/or manipulation. You can make an appointment directly with an osteopath, without a referral.

An osteopathic examination will include active and passive movements, orthopedic testing, postural assessment and/or neurological tests. We are trained to assess and treat the whole person, including sporting injuries to any region of the body.
