ABOUT

HOW MUMS ARE OVERCOMING BACK PAIN AND GETTING INTO AMAZING SHAPE TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF YOUR LIVES

Have you been told to strengthen your core to improve your back health but struggle to find the guidance?

Well here it is.

I'm Dan Winter,
Its my mission to show you how to get results with a low impact, self care approach to your fitness.

As a kid my Mum would take us up Mt Field every Friday night in winter to ski all weekend.

When I finished year 12 I went straight to Canada to ski. In the summer I started raft guiding and life was pretty awesome but by the time I was 22 I started experiencing chronic back pain.

It was exhausting standing up. I persevered and stayed active but all my hobbies were almost in the fetal position.

Coming into my 3rd Winter in Canada, after 1 in New Zealand as well, I knew I should do something about my back but tight on money I only dabbled in one free yoga lesson.

No sooner had my ski season started as a volunteer ski patroller, my dream job, I ruptured my ACL.

I went to see a shiatsu therapist who linked it to the tightness in my back without hesitation.

During the long, slow, tedious process of doctor visits, x ray scans, MRI surgery, infection, and recovery between two countries I began exploring answers to my back pain.

I saw chiropractors, acupuncture, massages and used the recovery time to study kinesiology, shiatsu and my personal trainer certificate.

I found a physio who taught me to activate my core using my breathe.

Not the surface level fancy core stuff they teach in gyms but the real deep core muscle that hugs your lower back.

But I still struggled through pain and discomfort as I continued to raft guide after I started working on the Franklin River in Tasmania's west coast wilderness and Canada in back to back summers.

A chronic dull ache developed in my shoulders that kept me up at night and barely allowed me to move my blankets.

I went back to ski patrol and then forest fire fighting to rest my shoulders and back but set the pain off pushing weights in the gym.

And so began my obsessive study, trial and error for what the shoulder could do without pain.

After another raft season pain free I decided to go home and become a personal trainer to help people reach their fitness goals around pain and injury.

As a trainer it was more important to me then ever before to get lean.

That's why I invested in a coach and I'm so glad I did because at 30 I was in the best shape of my life despite my ongoing joint problems.

I went on to test many diet approaches and uncover the secret ingredient to success.

And what I found completely changed my life.

In the next 5 days I will teach you how to focus your efforts on

👉 Breathing techniques
👉 Posture and
👉 Mobility

SO you can finally overcome back pain

The best part? 👉 It's completely free.

All I ask is that you take what you learn here, and implement this into your life immediately.

It's time to take BACK control of your life.
