I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years. Previously I have worked as a River Guide, Wild Fire Fighter and Ski Patrol. I am also an avid skier and Mountain Biker. My adventurous life led to an ACL replacement, chronic back pain and bursitis on both shoulders.
I teach training to enhance posture and in turn, alleviate pain and prevent injury. I will develop a program for you to ensure your safety and functional movement. I have a passion for getting people moving in alignment with the body’s natural functions. I am available for house visits and outdoor training, at a location of your choice.
