In a weight loss session, we work with 4 core suggestions.
- Eat only when you require nutrition.
- Eat slowly, chew, enjoy. Spend the same time you used to spend eating but eat half as much. Slow the process down.
- Eat healthy and appropriate foods for yourself. Remove processed foods, flour, sugar, bread, cereal, and soft drink from the diet. This is agreed on prior to hypnosis.
- Make movement a part of your daily routine.
We also provide you with hormone balance tools and techniques to deal with stress.
