In a weight loss session, we work with 4 core suggestions.

    1. Eat only when you require nutrition.

 

    1. Eat slowly, chew, enjoy. Spend the same time you used to spend eating but eat half as much. Slow the process down.

 

    1. Eat healthy and appropriate foods for yourself. Remove processed foods, flour, sugar, bread, cereal, and soft drink from the diet. This is agreed on prior to hypnosis.

 

    1. Make movement a part of your daily routine.

 

We also provide you with hormone balance tools and techniques to deal with stress.
