Sports Massage

If you're an amateur or professional athlete, your body needs to rest after training to recover from fatigue and develop resilience.

As training progresses, the body's ability to recover between sessions is reduced. Muscle pain, joint pain, inflammation of tendons and bursitis are symptoms of incomplete recovery.

The best treatment for muscle tension is sports massage, and you can use it regularly to prevent overuse injuries or to manage specific injuries based on the symptoms they present.

Kinesiotaping

An injury or trauma to the body sets off the body's natural protective mechanism, causing pain, swelling, heat, and limited movement.

The pressure created by swelling causes pain, so reducing the pressure will reduce the pain.

With Kinesiology tape, fluid can flow freely by lifting the skin, allowing more blood into the injured area and allowing lymph fluid to drain from the area, thus decreasing inflammation.

Lymphatic Drainage

You can include lymphatic drainage massage as part of a relaxing, cleansing, and detoxification program to improve overall health and well-being.

Through this treatment, the body eliminates metabolic waste, excess fluid, bacteria, toxins, large proteins molecules, and foreign substances.
