I am a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an EFT practitioner. I am a genuine, caring, empathic and consciously connected therapist and passionate about working with individuals around the globe. I am a therapist with a strong value for empowering people and helping individuals experience a greater quality of well-being.
I use holistic and person-centred approach in my session and use Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. My experience working with people includes anxiety disorders, depression, general life stress, work related issues, anger issues, grief, emotional regulation, and family matters. I do connect with people who are going through loss and grief as I, myself am a cancer survivor and have lost loved ones in my life. I work with and support people with terminal illnesses. I work with people across all areas of their lives and help them to be the best version of themselves.
I am a registered supervisor with ACA. I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, master’s diploma in clinical Hypnotherapy and, I am an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
