My name is Paula Mack and I am a Body Code and Emotion Code Certified Practitioner based in Pomona on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I am very passionate about the Body Code and Emotion Code modalities as I have found them to be very quick, easy and extremely effective ways
to identify and remove imbalances, helping to harmonise and heal the body, mind and spirit; bringing great inner peace and wellbeing.

The Body Code and Emotion Code can even help tremendously to identify and remove blocks to situations, life events and relationships. Basically, this work is all about removing imbalances in order to make conditions right for the body to heal itself.

The Emotion Code is a fantastic way to remove trapped emotions and heart walls, while The Body Code is more comprehensive and works with the following six imbalances:

• Energies – emotional (The Emotion Code), post-traumatic, mental, offensive

• Toxicity – heavy metals, EM spectrum, chemicals, microbial residue

• Circuitry – organs, glands, chakras, meridians

• Pathogens – parasites, fungi, bacteria, viruses, mould

• Structural – bones, nerves, muscles, connective tissue

• Nutritional – pH imbalance, foods, herbs, nutrients, magnetic field

Trapped Emotions are the single most common cause of imbalance in the body/mind, and also cause or contribute to most of the imbalances caused by the other components of The Body Code.
