Relaxation (Swedish) Massage uses techniques deigned to release stresses, leaving you feeling nourished and replenished. If you’ve never experienced a Massage before, Relaxation Massage is the perfect place to begin.
Claire uses long, slow gliding strokes to release muscle tension and relax the nervous system. Firm but even pressure is then used to relieve muscular tension and enhance circulation.
You are able to let Claire know your preferred pressure at any time during the Massage – Relaxation Massage is able to offer therapeutic benefits using light or firm pressure and usually includes deeper, locally focused work in areas of the body that require muscle tension relief.
