EFT (otherwise known as tapping) works to balance our energy system by releasing energy blockages.

EFT pinpoints and addresses the emotions associated with an event in order to disassociate that emotion from that event. An emotion is simply an energy and if that emotion gets stuck in your system, then you have an energy blockage.

An example of this is if you have been in a car accident and badly injured, you may be fearful of getting in a car again. EFT works to remove that fear, or energy block, associated with cars to allow you to drive and ride in a car again.
