Within Infuse Health is an Iyengar Yoga School. It follows a traditional style of yoga, named after BKS Iyengar, who wanted yoga to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or ability.

With the Iyengar system of yoga, the emphasis is on the precision, detail, and alignment of each pose (asana) and pranayama (breath control) to activate body awareness. Every pose can be modified with props, such as blocks, blankets, and belts to accommodate any fitness level or ability. Poses are practised to allow you to balance, relax, and breathe in each one. They are combined in certain sequences to achieve the optimal benefit of flexibility, strength and balance.
With ongoing practice, Iyengar Yoga provides you with the confidence in your body’s functionality. It also teaches you to stop, breathe, and listen to your body, practice being in the moment and reflect. These practices can help to enhance calmness, clarity, sleep quality, stress resistance, and longevity.
