Who are we??!

We are Ingrid Weissmann and Malcolm Fowler – partners in life, love and business for decades…

We work as Personal Development and Natural Health Practitioners. We have run a successful private practice for the past 25 years.

The areas we work in include:

Post-Traumatic Stress, Loss and Grief, Co-dependency, Communication Skills, Optimising Relationships, Goal-Setting, Integral Yoga and Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, Western Herbal Medicine, Bowen Therapy, Natural Fertility Management and Weight Management.

Why do we do what we do?

Because we believe in using the skills we have learnt to make a positive contribution to the world.

What we teach is mostly ancient knowledge. Some techniques are newer discoveries. All have been adapted and delivered in a way that meets modern lifestyles and needs. They are user-friendly and easy to put into practice.

What do we do?

We listen really well when you tell us about you… and why you do what you do.

You are probably like us and have worked hard to develop your skills and put your dreams into action. You have aimed to create a wonderful life for yourself.

Your capabilities and success may also mean you are a provider of support for many people… in your family, in your business and in your community. Reliable, dynamic, committed, caring.

You love learning and growing and striving to be the best version of you possible. You want to feel great. You want to look fabulous. You also want to be here for the long-run.Physical fitness, mental health, natural beauty and wisdom as you age.

Why is it then, you wonder, you’re a bit off-track with what you truly want? Why do you feel stressed and suffer from self-doubt in the quiet times? The self-sabotage and the old habits kick in – and your support for yourself falls short.

Most parts of your life look like they are working. (The one that isn’t is the one that you don’t want to think about and you wish would go away!)

You know there must be more to life. More than a frustrating merry-go-round of secretly suffering and not feeling good.

You also know, deep down, it doesn’t take any extra time to make different choices. Daily choices which get you closer to where you want to be, instead of further away…

You’ve tried so many times to solve this puzzle yourself – and often ask yourself, “What am I not seeing?? Why can’t I find a solution!?”

It’s easy (and so unnecessary) to stay stuck in a subtle cycle of self-blame and self-sabotage.

This is nothing to be ashamed of.

It just means you don’t have enough knowledge yet, to know what causes your feelings and actions. You haven’t had access to the right tools to create the real change you want. Nor a teacher to make the path easier for you. To be there. To shorten your learning curve.

We use a modern, highly-effective technique which is non-retraumatising.

It is used with great success in war-zones and natural disaster areas. It works on all traumas, large or small, old or recent.
