Yoga is a discipline and science that is based upon many thousands of years’ worth of knowledge. When the word Yoga is mentioned, most people will immediately think of physical practices to stretch and improve flexibility. However the full aspect of yoga is a deep understanding of the entire being – so thus yoga is a mastery of oneself. The Yoga Sutra’s of Patanjali offers a path to that enlightenment.



Are you new to Yoga? We open you with welcoming arms!


  • What should I wear? – Comfortable and easy to move in clothing.

  • Should I eat before coming in to class? – Ensure that your blood sugar levels are stable, like any form of exercise – not on a full stomach, and if the class is early/late you may require something to keep your energy levels up.

  • How often should I attend yoga classes? 2-3 classes per week will help you to sustain your yogic fitness.

  • Illness and Injury/Pregnancy: It is advises that you make as aware of illness/injury/pregnancy before you commence your yogic practice/class.
