Inner Light Counselling and Therapies offers a number of therapies, offering a holistic approach in a safe, supportive and non judgemental atmosphere where you can be supported to explore and improve your health and wellbeing.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a very safe and relaxing experience where you are guided by the Hypnotherapist's voice into a very relaxed state of consciousness whereby suggestions are made to the subconscious mind to asssit the client with whatever it is they are wanting help with.  Whilst under hypnosis you remain aware of everything that is happening and remain in control at all times.
Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions are available for weight management, smoking cessation, fears and phobias, stress reduction, habit control, insomnia, anxiety depression, increase self confidence and self esteem and many other conditions.  A minimum of three session is required for smoking cessation and weight loss

Other Therapies

Counselling available for Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief and Loss, Relationship difficulties, Personal crisis, Life changes, Self esteem and confidence building, Personal And Spiritual Growth and Healing.

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT works by freeing blocked energy in the body which can be created by stress and emotional disturbances.

Chakra healings use energy healings, vibrational essences and crystal singing bowls to balance and heal the chakras which are energy points in the energy body which interact with the physical body.

Fees

Counselling $80 per session (1 hour)
Hypnotherapy - Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss for 3 sessions 

General Hypnotherapy $120 per session (1 - 1.5 hours)

Reiki $70 (1 hour)

Chakra Cleanse/Balance $70 (1 hour)

Sound Therapy/Healing $70 (1 hour)

Colour Therapy $70 (1 hour)
