Abdomen Detox Massage

The abdominal and naval therapy belongs to the oldest form of therapy within the traditional Malay Medicine. The primary objective of this therapy is to treat the whole body by incorporating a range of manual methods such as herbs (applied externally) to abdomen, Urut (massage) and navel candling in order to achieve a flow of Qi and blood along the meridians and organs and regulating them. By the help of this stimulation and regulation the functioning of the 4 elements (Malay organic system) is being restored. This massage will allow for the improvement in blood circulation and the liver, gall-bladder and the pancreas will receive more oxygen and nutrients.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head massage is a head massage that is based on Ayurvedic principles and has been in use for more than 4000 years. It involves the application of pressure points that dissolves knots and relaxes the muscles on the upper back and then move to the shoulders and the upper arms to remove tension. Indian head massage is also highly effective for alleviating headache-causing tension/blockages on the neck and the head to encourage better circulation of the cerebral fluid. The massage will then works its way up to the head, relaxing the entire head, improving circulation and stimulating hair growth. It is also combined with a gentle face massage (optional).

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is based on the principle that an aromatic plant oil (also known as an essential oil) contains the correct balance that is needed to allow the body to heal itself. Aromatic plant oils work with the body to stimulate or relax and to also activate the innate healing capacities. Aromatherapy affects the cognitive (how we think) and emotional (how we feel) processes of the mind and of the body in a range of different ways. In Aromatherapy massages, aromatic plant oils are diluted in carrier oil and is then absorbed through the skin by applying gentle massage movements.

Foot Massage

Foot massage is restorative – in that it provides the recipient with energy. When the foot is palpated or rubbed, all of the elements of a foot massage will combine together to bring energy to the whole body. Foot massages release any blockages that are holding energy back that are supposed to be flowing through the body freely. Through the stimulation of reflexes in the feet through massage will reduce the harmful effects of stress.

Hot Stone Massage

Stone therapy massage is an ancient massage method which uses the therapeutic benefits of both cold and warm stones and has been in use for many thousands of years. The massage is combined with the chakras healing system by placing a range of sized stones on the body in the areas of need.
