ABOUT CHRISTINE BARNES

Christine has an innate ability to connect with her clients, and works with them to unlock and release the blocks that are holding them back in life.

A qualified Hypnotherapist specialising in Virtual Gastric Band, she provides a weight loss program using hypnotherapy to retrain the mind. By training the mind to become satisfied with much smaller meals, the program leads to a change in eating habits, and ultimately to a desired weight loss.

In addition to hypnosis, Christine is a Reiki Master and has been practicing and teaching the art of Mediation and Mindfulness for over 25years. Reiki in particular can result in increased energy levels, accelerates the body’s self-healing ability, creates deep relaxation, and helps the body release stress and tension.

Christine is passionate about assisting those looking to create positive change in their life, and clients often comment on her warm and supportive energy.
